Designed to meet the emergency housing needs of as many as 12 individuals diagnosed as HIV-positive, and those living with AIDS, Open Arms also provides life-skills training, substance abuse and health education, as well as permanent housing assessment and referrals. Open Arms is a collaborative effort with other agencies in the AIDS-provider community.
