Volunteers of America Operation Backpack

Corporate/Group Participation Opportunities

Local companies provided valuable support in a variety of ways during the 2008 Operation Backpack campaign. Support included:
  • financial sponsorship

  • organizing a workplace backpack drive

  • offering your retail store or business as a public drop-off location

  • making a donation to purchase backpacks

  • encouraging your vendors and business partners to join the effort
For more information on how your organization can help the thousands of children in need throughout the Greater Sacramento area, e-mail Community Relations Manager Kim Castaneda at kimc@voa-sac.org, or call her at 916.442.3691.
