Adopt-a-Family

Make wishes come true this Christmas

Volunteers of America's Adopt-a-Family holiday program is a comforting reminder to people in need that even in the most challenging of economic times, people do care.

The wish lists of clients in Volunteers of America's transitional housing and permanent supportive housing programs will be available to the public beginning Nov. 9, 2011. You can sign up anytime, by clicking here.

Those "adopting" these men, women and children are asked to return the gifts wrapped and tagged to the Volunteers of America administration offices at 1900 Point West Way, Suite 270, Sacramento, by 4 p.m. Dec. 9.
